Sterling Silver

My rings are made using Art Clay Silver. A versatile medium allowing a whole new world of sterling silver. Art Clay Silver is silver powder (or any metal powder) and an organic binder, which allows you to shape and conform the silver as desired. When finished, it is left out to dry for 48+ hours. The piece is then fired, which melts away the organic binder, leaving you with .999 sterling silver. These are solid silver, meaning they will not turn your fingers green. .999 sterling silver jewelry is durable and safe to wear daily as long as it’s made with the correct thickness. Landscapes

Mountain painting rings are made with a stainless steel ring base, meaning they will not turn your finger green. Paintings are adhered to the rings surface with e6000 jewelry+bead glue, ensuring durability, longevity, and a waterproof bond.

My wearable landscape paintings are made with bronze/gold/silver alloy metal blank pendants, and I use polymer clay to sculpt the scenery. Polymer clay is waterproof, meaning your paintings can enjoy a dip in the lake with you. Your sterling silver rings and beaded necklaces can also enjoy a swim. I have not experienced any tarnishing of my bezels in my multiple years of wear.

Beaded + Hemp Jewelry

Beaded necklaces and bracelets are crafted with 49 strand wire for ultimate flexibility and durability, as well as heavy duty findings and wire guards. I have recently introduced 100% natural organic hemp into my creative practice.

Sterling Silver

I will ask questions regarding your vision, gemstone preference, and ring size. Please feel free to send me inspiration photos. Please note, that sterling silvers are made with Art Clay Silver. Working with this medium means that I have one sitting to sculpt your ring, and changes cannot be made once I set it down to dry. Please ensure you fill me in on all details before I begin sculpting. I will always be in touch with my time frames and the specific time I will be making your ring. I can make sizes 1-14.

Landscape Pendants + Rings

For wearable painting pendants and rings, I am happy to recreate your own photography and snapshots OR I can sculpt a n y w h e r e ! 😉 Let me know the place you desire, the details you want, and any location specifics, and I will get to painting. Wildflowers, more/less trees, sailboats, are just a few details you are welcome to add! Send me all the photos and inspiration and stories!

I’ll send you an updated photo of my current bezel stock or source the perfect bezel, and you’ll be able to choose what you’d like your scenery to be painted on. Female rings are almost always adjustable, fitting sizes 5-14 best. I currently carry unisex/men ring bands in sizes 6-12.

To source the bezel, I ask for your preference in shape and band, gold or silver, or pendant preference, and I always research through small businesses first. We’ll swap listings back and forth until we find the perfect one for you!

Wearable painting pendants begin at $75 and range up to $120 depending on details.

Rings (female) begin at $50 and range up to $75.

Rings (unisex) begin at $70 and range up to $130.

Beaded Jewelry

For beaded necklaces, I will send you pictures of my updated bead inventory, and ask questions to determine your color palette/vibe. If you have bead specifics, I am happy to source them for you. Please specify if you would prefer knotted hemp or wire for your piece.

Beaded customs begin at $35 for necklaces and $20 for bracelets.

For all custom orders, please reach out on the social media platform or email you check frequently. I ask that you stay in timely communication with me while working on your custom piece. This helps ensure my clay, and your piece, isn’t subject to too much drying out, or being left out longer than it should be.

Please note, I require half of payment before I begin your piece, and half upon completion. Your initial deposit is nonrefundable. Payment through invoice, PayPal, or I can upload a custom listing on my site. You will have 72 hours to purchase. I will keep in touch throughout the process, offering progress pictures and seeing where you may like a detail change such as more/less color, size changes, more flowers.. etc etc.

Yes. While you can only purchase from my site if you’re local to the USA, please reach out to sagebrushavery@gmail.com if you are out of the country and wish to purchase a piece. Please note, shipping costs are high to ship internationally, usually beginning around $20 USD. I will put together a custom listing for you, or I can take PayPal.

Where do you source your gemstones?

Sustainability is at the top of my priorities when it comes to running my business. I always try to ethically source local first through my preferred small businesses and friends. I love Ways to Wellness in Midland, MI. I also source through a few hand-picked small businesses and individuals based throughout the world, found through social media, my travels, and my art events.

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless your jewelry arrives damaged. Please ensure you order the correct ring size. I will not refund for the wrong size.

You may exchange for a new size. If your ring does not fit as you desire, please reach out via e-mail (sagebrushavery@gmail.com) about exchanging for a different size. You must fulfill shipping back to me, and I will cover to you. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Jewelry Care

All sterling silver ring sales come with a lifetime of free polishing. It is the customer’s responsibility to fulfill shipping both ways ($5/one way), or you are welcome to come to any of my events for a free polish. Please message me on socials for my current event list.

If your necklace chain breaks, I will replace it for free.

To ensure proper care of your wearable paintings, please avoid wear during high-intensity activities where it may be roughly bounced around and knocked against things. You are wearing a piece of art, and recklessness may lead to jewelry degrading or breakage.

Activities I would NOT recommend wearing my jewelry during — rock climbing, moving heavy boxes, lifting heavy weights (small/light ones can be ok!), house work that requires lots of hand movement like ripping up floors!

Activities I participate in while wearing my jewelry — walking the dog, working out (running, yoga, pilates), frolicking in fields, swimming and washing dishes, arts and crafts, cleaning the house, going to concerts, picnics with friends, long art market days :)

Please note, mountain rings made with polymer clay are subject to extra care. A heavy hit against something will cause a crack = breakage.

All rings come with a 60 day warranty. If anything happens to your ring within the first 6o days of your ring arrival, I will replace for free. Once past 60 days, the issue is out of my hands. Please be mindful of your piece of art.

If you are like me, and must wear your mountain jewels everywhere, I highly recommend sticking it underneath your shirt/sweater or in your pocket during the moments where it may be vulnerable! All mountain jewels have been tried and tested by me, and test groups, worn daily for months at a time, to ensure ultimate durability and longevity.
